The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team and lead the charge in shaping our product offerings. This role will focus on enhancing our current integrations, strengthening our Syncly Embed experience where we white-label parts of Syncly into amazing partner products, and finally driving our exiting roadmap towards being a leader in data governance, where we already have a strong backlog of innovative ideas and client demand.

As a Product Manager at Syncly, you’ll play a key role in defining and delivering solutions that meet both user and partner needs to help drive business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering, design, and business teams to bring our vision to life.

Importably, this role is well suited to someone who wants to make their mark on an industry going through immense change. If you are self motivated, have strong ideas, and want to bring your own flavour to the product, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product roadmap for integrations and data governance solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities.

• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product decisions.

• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features.

• Ensure the successful launch of new products and updates, including go-to-market planning.

• Monitor product performance, collect insights, and iterate on improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within LegalTech, or professional service verticals

• Strong understanding of integrations and data governance.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with senior stakeholders within a professional setting

• Ability to balance technical knowledge with customer-focused problem-solving.

• A strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactical plans.

• Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams.
